What RenoQuotes provides
RenoQuotes provides general renovation planning information and a way to submit a project brief for review. We may introduce suitable requests to builders in the wider network. We do not guarantee that a request will produce an introduction, a quote, a particular number of responses or work within a particular timeframe.
Builders remain independent
Builders and other providers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of RenoQuotes. Any proposal, pricing, representations, contract and building work are between you and the provider. You are responsible for checking licences, insurance, references, scope, exclusions, contract terms, consents and suitability before proceeding.
General information only
Guides and cost information are general starting points, not quotations or legal, engineering, architectural, financial or building advice. Costs and requirements vary by property, location, scope, specification, market conditions and consent pathway. Obtain project-specific professional advice before making decisions.
